“My transformation didn’t start with a supplement. It started when I realized I had to take responsibility for my own routine.
Waking up early. Running. Strength training. Paying attention to nutrition. Prioritizing sleep. And showing up again, even on the days when motivation isn’t there.
Over time, I learned that real transformation doesn’t happen in a single moment. It’s built through the decisions we make every day.”
MARS SUPPS was born from that belief.
It wasn’t created to sell shortcuts or promise impossible results. It was built on the experience of someone who understands that performance, health, and physical progress require a consistent, long-term commitment.
Supplements are part of that process. They can support training, nutrition, and specific needs, but they never replace the fundamentals that make progress possible.
“MOTIVATION IS UNSTABLE. DISCIPLINE IS STRUCTURAL.”
Our mission is to support people who choose to take responsibility for their own progress.
WE LOOK BEYOND RESULTS AND AESTHETICS
Results matter. Aesthetics can be part of the goal, too. But we believe real progress goes beyond what you see in the mirror.
It’s reflected in how we train, how consistently we show up, and how seriously we take responsibility for our health.
That’s why we value science, transparency, and clarity about what goes into every formula.
Creatine monohydrate reflects that philosophy: a widely studied ingredient that can support performance in certain types of exercise, without being presented as a miracle solution.
“CONSISTENCY ISN’T JUST WHAT WE DO. IT’S WHO WE BECOME.”
MARS SUPPS exists to support people who understand that progress isn’t a single achievement.
It’s a commitment renewed every day.
What "no hype" actually looks like on a label
Real transparency shows up in the specifics. Here's exactly what that looks like on a Mars Supps label, checkable line by line.
| What's Being Checked | Common Industry Practice | A Mars Supps Label |
|---|---|---|
| Ingredient Amounts | Bundled into a single "proprietary blend" weight, so you can't see how much of any one ingredient you're getting. | Listed ingredient by ingredient on most products. Where a formula uses a blend, the label lists every ingredient in it and the blend's total weight. Thitan prints Tribulus terrestris · 750 mg and Tongkat Ali · 50 mg as two separate lines. |
| Claims Language | "Resets your hormones." "Transforms you in 30 days." | "Supports." We use it on purpose, to describe honestly what a well-dosed ingredient can actually do alongside your training, sleep, and food. |
| Documentation | Certifications implied in the branding, rarely offered when you actually ask for the paperwork. | Email us a product or lot number and ask. We'll tell you plainly what documentation we have for it, and won't imply more than we can show. |
| Safety Warnings | Buried in fine print at the bottom of a product page, if present at all. | Printed on the product they belong to, in plain sight. Keratos carries an explicit child-safety warning for its iron content, front and center. |

Contact usBefore you ask
Is Mars Supps a real company?
Yes, registered in Miami, Florida, with a real address, an inbox that gets a reply, and a founder who posts under his own name instead of hiding behind a logo. Check the Verify Us section above and confirm any of it yourself, or reach us directly through the contact page.
Who founded Mars Supps?
Thiago Teixeira, who started the company on the belief that consistency, not intensity, is what actually changes people. Read his note above, or follow @thiagomarssupps on Instagram, where he posts under his own name.
What kind of supplements do you make?
Nineteen formulas across five categories: performance and training (Eolis, creatine, Thitan), hydration and recovery (Hydros, magnesium glycinate), metabolic support (Phobos, Phobos By Night), foundational nutrients (omega-3, K2+D3, mushroom 10:1, beetroot, CoQ10), and targeted support for hair and skin, sleep, stress, hormonal balance, liver support, and vision. Browse the full catalog to see all nineteen.
Are ingredient amounts listed on the label?
For most products, yes, down to the milligram for each active ingredient, not buried inside a combined "proprietary blend" weight. A handful, including Keratos, Eolis, Phobos By Night, and Mushroom 10:1, pair individually dosed ingredients with one labeled blend, listing a total weight per blend instead of a number for each ingredient inside it. Phobos is three blends, with the ingredients and total weight of each blend listed on the label. The supplement facts panel on each product page tells you which applies.
How do I reach customer support?
